    Pros

Great brand. very proud to be a PwC employee. great welfare for the employees.
probably the best out of al the big4s. exposures to all kinds of industries, very young demographics.

    Cons

work life balance can be tough.
frequently there is no sense of belonging as you constantly work with different peolpe on different engagements and you may need to work alone on several projects.
and not very open to foreigners. very chinese and asian culture, which is not good if you like to challenge or question.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

pwc singapore needs to get it together. focus should be delivering what client wants. listen to the client more. partners need to get involved with the work and the team, and remind them of the purpose of their profession.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
