Great benefits, pretty decent flexibility, horrible hours, low pay

Senior Associate (Current Employee)
San Francisco, CA

I have been working at PwC full-time for more than 3 years

ProsThey really want you to work here and support career decisions.
You learn a lot very fast and all of your licensing is paid for.

ConsThe pay is awful and WAY below market. By leaving you could make at least 20% more. That said between vacation and fringe benefits it probably pays for itself.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
