I worked at PwC full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Mentoring, coaching, training galore. They care about keeping you , they bonus you, party you and work you damm hard. Great experience if youre willing to learn and progress quickly. Not for you if you are dumb and lazy. You will be quickly weeded out. this is not a frat house. This is serious work with some play thrown in. good to women, pregnat , mothers and others who need flex time.

    Cons

You will work crazy hours sometimes. The tax season runs 9 months of the year. They try to give you life balance, but on their terms not yours. Having said that, they will give you slack if you need it. Otherwise, you just get used to working like crazy until youre addicted to it and cant stop.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
