    Pros

    - A steep learning curve, you learn a ton in a short period of time, not just technical stuff but also soft skills
    - Prestige name, looks good on your CV, opens a lot of doors
    - Lots of face-time with customers

    Cons

    - Compensation is not up to par what you can make in industry, significant raise only if promoted
    - Audit can be repetitive, mundane and sometimes just absolutely boring
    - Busy seasons will wear you down
    - Talent of coworkers truly varies, from top-talent to no-good

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Connection between Senior Management and staff should be a lot stronger. Also cooperation between assurance, tax and advisory is basically non-existent.
