    Pros

You learn a lot very quickly.
You work with really intelligent people.
There are lots of different opportunities within the firm if you want to move out of audit

    Cons

The communication from the top down is absolutely horrible.
No matter how hard you work, you will not be distinguished from your peers who are average in terms of compensation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate things down to the associates; they do the work and you don't explain anything to them.

    Pros

Good life work balance. Good perks in terms of free time. PwC is a safe place to work.

    Cons

Is an accounting firm, is an accounting firm, is an accounting firm. If you want to do consulting, go somewhere else.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop spending money in non core consulting (i.e. consulting not directly relevant to tax an audit). It's a waste of precious resources.
