    Pros

Good learning environment and nice colleagues; client facing, junior people have the opportunity to interact with clients; fast career track.

    Cons

Long hours during busy season; no overtime pay - low pay compared to the hours and responsibilities; some small projects have really low budget; can have unreasonable internal deadlines.

    Pros

Provides a great learning opportunity to understand business issues. Small teams. Independent and higher responsibilities.

    Cons

Slow promotion process. Lots of traveling and project duration was long. But then that was just my team. IT department too bureaucratic.
