I have been working at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Learning opportunities Great, known, clients Exposure to hard-working individuals (could be good or bad)

    Cons

Long hours (almost every task is urgent) No work-life balance (similar to other reviews - if you have a life or a family, then this is not the ideal place, unfortunately) Under-staffing Pay not so competitive

    Advice to Management

Listen to staff Need to improve management/people skills (from senior associate level & up) & communication skills More work-life balance and flexibiity (not just in theory and goals but in practice) Productivity is not equal to long hours
