I worked at PwC full-time for more than a year

Pros

You learn things and have the great resources. If you find that you enjoy these benefits, then there is no better firm than PwC. PWC also has a great culture and is very flexible (work home on Fridays etc.)

Cons

Long hours during busy season, and it is very difficult to achieve a good work-life balance. With the corporate cell-phone, you are kind of on call all the time.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

More empathis on work-life balance. Considering the long hours & very little work-life balance, the compensation needs to be improved.

I worked at PwC full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You learn things, but more importantly you get exposed to what life really is like in an accounting firm of this size. If you find that you enjoy this sort of lifestyle, then there is no better firm than PwC. Otherwise, you should really find another career, or go to internal auditing.

    Cons

Long busy season, long hours during busy season, and difficult to keep a consistent work-life balance. The job really becomes the center of your universe.
