Pros

Great opportunities, good clients, reputable firm. Had the chance to travel quite a bit, and the firm is pretty generous with its programs and initiatives. They hire some of the best people out of university and you will notice a difference in the quality of people when you go to industry.

Cons

Some hypocrisy in culture -- the strong encouragement to have work/life balance is hardly feasible or not taken seriously by partner/management level. PwC is also a highly political environment - likability is currency in the firm.

    Pros

happy and colorful office. active HR. constant effort to improve the employee experience, the office facilities. CSR activities. various extra-curriculars. various modes to raise one's voice. constant effort in the area of learning and education. good team of partners.

    Cons

not very good money. typical big 4 negatives for article students- no work-study balance, lower stipend vis-a-vis other big 4s, new policy on working hours & leaves is worse than the previous one, clients far from residence.

    Advice to Management

Pls give more money, more secondments. Trainings should be more in classrooms than elearnings. Very few people actually "do" the elearns.
