Pros

Management listens to and acts on employee feedback. Big name, so carries a lot of weight with potential future employers. Continual advancements to software and investment in new resources

Cons

Long hours at work and commuting. A lot of the work has become very monotonous and compliance-focused due to regulator scrutiny

I have been working at PwC

    Pros

Great learning opportunities in the job and great internal learning programs (i.e. trainings). Get to work with smart, motivated people. Flexible vacation booking (21 days a year!).

    Cons

You have no life during busy season. Salary is not as high as you would expect given the hours you put in.
