ProsPays well, demanding but well supported, excellent training, overtime available, great team building and development, realistic job preview - same duties as 1st year associate

ConsSteep learning curve - training is very intense, several systems to learn, possible long hours though overtime is paid, possible travel around Southeast MI / Greater Detroit
