Former Employee - Technical Lead  in  Bangalore (India)
Former Employee - Technical Lead in Bangalore (India)

Pros

The brand... that's about it

Cons

Leftover, junk technical work from US
Historic technology is used and people are not at all technically competent
Bad work life balance
People dress professionally, but are anything but that
Shout ethics, but are very unethical in terms of hiring, handling employees
HR and management is high on politics
Only join if you want to be a business consultant, are far away from technology and are okay sucking up to seniors

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Such senior people ought to be mature, competent and professional.

Doesn't Recommend
Negative Outlook
No opinion of CEO

Former Employee - Senior Consultant in Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

    Pros

Global best practices shared; HR tries to maintain transparency; some best in class peers, good culture in some business units; if you are lucky and can find a good partner your growth would be unlimited; good training programs in some creas

    Cons

Partner is the king and thus your career depends a lot on his whims and fancies; although firm is very global, opportunities are limited to the local office and depends a lot on the nature of the project; in consulting work life balance is difficult to maintain

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create a system through which a consultant or a junior staff can also have a say in his work profile and assessment; a feed back mechanism for senior staff should be put in place in order to create transparency

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
