    Pros

PwC has been really good about trying to listen to me in regard to getting me on the clients in the location that I would like to be at.

    Cons

Like any Big 4 accounting firm finding balance in your life is difficult. With long hours and constant living of being the auditor it is difficult to find satisfaction in your job.

I have been working at PwC full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    1.) Job stability
    2.) Industry specialty
3.) People (both pro & con)

    Cons

    1.) Long hours
    2.) Tunneled Opportunities
3.) Lack of staff level appreciation
    4.) High turn-over
    5.) People

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The high turn-over model is predominately due to the work overload, lack of real appreciation of staff level contributions, and real work opportunities.

Pay is an important incentive, but in most cases, not the driving factor behind staff seeking new opportunities outside the firm.

I would suggest putting more attention to work load balance, work life balance, and allowing for easier transition between opportunities.
