Pros

Smart and nice people, trying to improve work-life balance, some good opportunities

Cons

Advancement is generally pre-determined. Above average and average performers are paid comparably and advance the same. Compensation is below fair (considering hours and expectations in peak times). 401k policy is weak.

    Pros

    Learned a lot
lots of helpful and skilled staff

    Cons

    long working hours
pay is not that great if you consider the over time and weekends
very hard to move up even thought you are more knowledgeable than the person who got the job
It is all based on experience which I don't like very much.

  2. Helpful (1)

    Pros

Is the experience and training that you get from them is extensive and can be rewarding.

    Cons

You can be here today dont get sick because you will be gone tommorow.

    Advice to Management

Advice to management if you are going to terminate someone. Make sure its for a good enough reason. They could have been a really good asset to your team. If you would have take time to know the story.
