A very good (financial) learning experience.

Assurance Intern (Former Employee) Bucharest (Romania)

Prosvery good learning curve (I believe this applies to other Big 4 firms as well)
many development schemes (both personal and profesional)
good coaching (regardless of assigned coach, everybody is available for advice)

Consovertime - in Audit, many, many hours spent outside the assigned schedule => weak time management
sometimes, stressful environment

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to also interact with the interns and associates as well, and keep the team together.
