I have been working at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-PwC is a great place to learn about various industries, which is good if you're industry-searching but are unsure yet what is your ideal place. -People are great. I've met lots of experienced professionals during my time here. -Even though we work crazy hours, time is rather flexible.

    Cons

-Compensation and benefits are really low. Comparing my salary with other Associates in fellow consulting firms, it's around 49-53% lower than average. -There are few experienced professionals left (most of them leave for better opportunities) and the management doesn't seem to take action. -Newcomers are usually interns replacing consultants or assistant managers.

    Advice to Management

Talk to your employees. Listen to their concerns. Find out why your best people are leaving and do something about it.
