Pros

Challenging environment, working with very talented team.

A great place to test yourself and gain experience that can help propell your career.

Cons

Not many, other than having to listend to noise of other disgruntled employees (at times).

    Great brand name for your resume
    Have exposure to the different industries
    Smart coworkers

    Cons

    You are as good as who supports you. You need to know people to get on a project with high profile clients. You might be stuck on boring projects. Long hours and low pay.

    Large network to connect to.
    Strong intellectual capital.
    Strong work life balance.

    Tradeoffs based on Pros:
    Large network results in week personal connections.
    Strong intellectual capital results in misuse and lack of knowledge by team to use IC.
    Strong work life balance means people get lazy.
