I have been working at PwC full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The management is good in this company. You can find really wise people with strong background and experience about relevant financial issues. The company's brand is really respected within the economical and financial environment, this will give you the chance to learn about a top company cycles and dynamics.

    Cons

The salaries are low compared to the same position in the industry and in the same company abroad. Unfortunately the hierarchy structure is very inflexible, i.e. the progresses in carrer are purely age-based and not merit-based at all. In my opinion the merit of an employer should be awarded with faster growth in career compared to colleagues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It will be the best to give up this inflexible career system, in order to stimulate smarter people to go further in their position faster and to give bigger salary based on performance rather than age.
