    Pros

very good learning curve (I believe this applies to other Big 4 firms as well)
many development schemes (both personal and profesional)
good coaching (regardless of assigned coach, everybody is available for advice)

    Cons

    sometimes, stressful environment

    Advice to Management

Try to also interact with the interns and associates as well, and keep the team together.
