    Pros

Partners truly care about employees. PwC invests in its employees and is constantly seeking to treat them better than other companies. It is a very personal company for being so large. You get exposure to senior management and opportunities to build an excellent brand.

    Cons

Has some flexible work options, but not widely available on all projects. Most are geared towards parents.
