It was a rewarding and stressful experience at the same time.

Pros-the network is great (internal & external)
-plenty of room to move up
-great training structure & feedback program for staff
-get to work with intelligent & professional employees (from top to bottom)

Cons-it's large organization so if you don't have the right support system/network/coach then it's quite easy to get lost in the crowd
-it takes a lot of get promoted; one would need to work long hours and make personal sacrifices
-long hours
-like any large organization, changes can take a long time to be implemented or executed
-due to high turnover, there's always a need to constantly train new staff

Advice to Senior ManagementTake care of the people since they are your greatest assets, including people who are part of management.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Too much work, too little pay

    A good employer, but requires too much of its employees.
