I have been working at PwC full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Great training and good benefits . you can make many great contacts within the organization. Pwc looks great on your resume .

    Cons

24x7expectations-even on vacation you are expected to be connected and responsive ; so time off and work life balance is a joke ; merit raises are small. Management fares better as far as raises go. Very demanding job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop talking about work life balance and do something about it.
