PwC SDC Bangalore(EGL) - Worst experience - Not a good place to join if you are 5+ years experienced

Technical Lead (Former Employee) Bangalore (India)

I worked at PwC full-time for more than a year

Pros: I had worked for 1.5 years in PwC SDC, EGL, Bangalore(Non ERP practice) as a technical lead and recently came out… Cons: I must say this place is nothing like a PwC brand name(as it is known for in USA). This company & culture is more like… Advice to Senior Management: Management is is not at all transparent, good if they expand their decision making team to beyond their friendly group of Bearing Point folks Management… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

Pros: Good global brand and looks good on your CV. Cons: Really bad culture and bullying by partners and seniors is common at PwC for new comers. If you're from the industry you wont be respected… Advice to Senior Management: Make People NPS a KPI of partners and dont tolerate… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
