Great exposure, your career is where you take it. Exposure to different industries.

Cons

Can be very stressful at time. Work life balance is sometimes difficult to manage.

    - Work Hard, Play Hard culture
    - Good compensation
    - Lots of social events
    - Plenty of career opportunities

    Cons

    - Difficult to achieve work/life balance
    - Performance ratings can get political
    - Employee morale tends to be low
    - Budgets are tight and employees eat lots of hours

    - Make work/life balance a priority and employee morale/turnover will improve.
    - Allow for reasonable budgets and employees won't eat hours.
    - Partners should play a bigger role in the Performance Rating process.

    In general a very good company to work for.

    Cons

    People leave managers, not companies. PwC relies on its people expertise when management moderates creativity and ambition you may want to move on.
