Pros

- Great opportunities for training and personal development (online trainings and chance to work with industry and technical experts)
- Competitive base compensation
- Good access to tools and technology
- Extremely smart colleagues
- Good flexibility
- Fair rating system

Cons

- Billable goals very high (so long hours expected)
- Poor incentive compensation for hours put in
- Very competitive culture (can be more collaborative)

    - Potential to grow is based on need, truly commitment is necessary. They can hender you even if you think you are ready.
    - Lack of communication between partners and analysts. Must go through hierarchical stages to communicate problems or desires.
