Pros

every day is a challenge and you can make your career anything you want. The ability to work above your level is easily available once you gain trust of others.

Cons

can be political and visibility upwards into the partnership can be difficult. Some people have their own motives and can provide advice that suits their needs rather than your own.

    Pros

    You will get a great brand on your resume. There are a lot of very qualified and smart people and you get opportunities to learn a lot really fast. You will learn to deal with ambiguity.

    Cons

    Each Partner in India has a different culture. Your career mostly depends on your partner and the relationship you enjoy with your partner. Like or not, your career will depend on your business development skills.
