Pros

A great place for your first few years in accounting. Having this company on your resume will open doors.

Cons

PwC has two busy seasons and require 55+ hours billing during those seasons. There is a lot of competition between all staff levels.

    Pros

    - Provide you a BlackBerry. - Lots of opportunities - Potential to grow if committed - Prestige Resume Booster

    Cons

    - Potential to grow is based on need, truly commitment is necessary. They can hender you even if you think you are ready. - Lack of communication between partners and analysts. Must go through hierarchical stages to communicate problems or desires.

    Advice to Management

More personal communication of partners with lower staff members.

    Pros

A lot of great experiences with ability to take responsibility of tracks of work. You can work in multiple types of industries and services to understand what you like and don't like.

    Cons

Traveling 4 days a week is difficult for work-life balance. The learning and development opportunities are not as robust as I'd prefer them to be for additional training.
