Pros

PwC is a great company to launch a career from; many employers desire job candidates with Big 4 experience, and PwC is one of the best.

Cons

Work-life balance is a corporate buzzword that has little meaning in the public accounting industry and PwC is no exception to this phenomenon.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employees better. For the amount of time this job eats up and how much stress it causes, the pay is not enough.

    Pros

This place will teach you solid work ethic and how to keep 1,000 balls in the air at once - skills that cannot be overstated. Maybe you'll actually learn some accounting along the way.

    Cons

We serve as the slaves of our regulators. Sadly, the substance of understanding our clients has gone the way of completing whatever template we think will get us in the least amount of trouble with the PCAOB.
