I have been working at PwC full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The company is seriously invested in my personal flexibility and my career path. They aren't kidding when they say that they are pushing for diversity and that you have to grow your own success plan.

    Cons

Long hours sometimes, but that's the nature of the industry really. I think you'd have a hard time finding an audit profession that doesn't have a busy season.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay the course. The increase in transparency and flexibility is definitely making a difference down in the trenches.
