I have been working at PwC

    Pros

Pwc does care for its employees, with casual attire, and nice coffee. Executives are warmly, and glad to communicate with all employees.

    Cons

Promotion opportunities are poor, even you graduate from top universities. You have to work extremely hard, because of the large number of low-position-staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more strict during recruiment process. Otherwise it will make those high intelligence uncomfortable, since they have to compete unnecessarily.
