I have been working at PwC full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

the team you work with are both knowledgeable and friendly. Coaching culture is encouraged in the firm and that translates to a gentle learning curve with specific new tasks to be learnt/completed each year.

    Cons

Remuneration guidelines does little to differentiate performers from non performers. Hard to find work-life balance during peak period but this is a given for the big 4 accounting firms.
