Pros

It is a great stepping stone for beginners. You can make your own recipe for success at PwC. It is a hierarchy less organization and allows to move about and innovate.

Cons

Compensation is not great especially if you do not hold a masters from a premier school. Further, there is a lack of flexibility at times.
