    Pros

Great opportunities available to expand your experience and build your resume.

    Cons

With such a large company, sometimes it can be a bit difficult to find where or whom to go to find certain things. This seems to be reduced by having a good coach assigned to you with emphasis on the word "good." Not all coaches are created equal unfortunately. But you can always switch.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I'd like to see more emphasis placed on training employees internally.

    Pros

Solid job for starting a career. In a soft professional services job market, they are still hiring. Opportunity to work on a diversity of projects, if you have been placed in the right groups.

    Cons

Pay is a bit low considering the level of education expected. Law and masters degrees are becoming an expectation in tax, yet compensation is not very high.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase pay; it will help retention.
