    I worked at PwC full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Internal IT consistently surveys employees, makes employee satisfaction a visible topic.
    Little to no micro-management within Internal IT.
    Not overly formal, with generally very good work / life policies.
    Mature and very good project and program management.

    Cons

    Not always on the bleeding edge of technology / cautious, measured approach to technology trends. You will deal with primarily mainstream technologies and mainstream projects.

    Great People! They really are interested in helping you grow in your career

    Cons

    As an intern I didn't experience too many cons but from speaking to other associates, I've found that a turnoff is the long hours.
