    Pros

PwC is a very large company that does everything from strategy to operations. At PwC, you can just about every type of role advising clients in the Advisory Practice. Solid benefits such as unlimited sick leave, 22 days of vacation, etc.

    Cons

Very risk adverse being a audit firm. Very hierarchal. Your position defines what you can do, your role, and the types of opportunities you get. If you are willing to move up the corporate ladder this is good for you. Expect to work long hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop with the hierarchal approach to management.

    Pros

    Good benefits.
Good compensation (especially at Sr. Associate level and up).
Good opportunities for global mobility and cross function opportunities in the long term career.
People are generally competent and driven.

    Cons

Dysfunctional system of compensation where regardless of how much you accomplish you can end up getting the same as people in the middle. This leads to high turnover among the best in class.
