I worked at PwC full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Very professional company, fulfilling career with good prospects. High end prestigious projects.

Cons

Growing too quickly. Losing focus on profitability. Too many people coming into the company who don't have the same work ethic as long serving staff

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Concentrate on core markets in the City and in Scotland. These have been very profitable areas over the years and our best people are in these areas
