I worked at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good brand name. Presence across different parts of the world.

    Cons

Not a great place to work, if you are in the Middle East. Top management spends all its time focusing on internal issues. Responding to market is one of the last priorities.

    Advice to Management

The Middle East consulting partners should be fired. Most of them don't know what they are doing. I wonder what will happen if Booz & Co decides to join. I think the consulting arm should be handed over to Booz & Co in the Middle East so that it could be managed effectively and not on a 'just in time' basis.
