I worked at PwC full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

Telecommuting is great. Autonomy in tax. Work on major clients. Great technology.

Cons

Reviews really don't mean anything - you can be rated great and still get fired. Women partners are difficult to work for and play favorites. People who work long hours usually do because it is self inflicted. People used to complain about working all night, but spend an hour chatting it up at someone's desk.

    Pros

Global presence and a great opportunity for career advancement. A very well respected company that values teamwork, leadership and continuous improvement.

    Cons

If you value Diversity, you should try to work for a PwC office in a big city like LA, NYC, etc. The offices in smaller cities can be a challenge for some people.
