OK but watch out

ProsTelecommuting is great. Autonomy in tax. Work on major clients. Great technology.

ConsReviews really don't mean anything - you can be rated great and still get fired. Women partners are difficult to work for and play favorites. People who work long hours usually do because it is self inflicted. People used to complain about working all night, but spend an hour chatting it up at someone's desk.

    Pros: Global network, good learning and development opportunities. Cons: Mandatory retirement age for partners at 60 makes advancement for… Advice to Senior Management: 60 is the new 40. This policy is unsustainable. More
