Pros

You will be mentored by the best of the best in the industry

Cons

Busy season might be challenging for some people. But, if you love what you are doing, it will be fun to learn a lot and get exposed to many different industries

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please do not ignore candidates who are not from top schools. Regular schools will also offer best people

    Pros

    Exposure to interesting asset types. Great people to work with. Very interested in your personal development. Overall an incredible company to work for. Financial Instruments, Structured Products and Real Estate group is growing very fast, and has a lot of opportunities.

    Very long hours during busy season(Jan-Apr).

    Name recognition, positive culture, vacation time and holidays, benefits, lots of people around so its easy to find fun coworkers, some random perks like promotion day and holiday party

    Cons

    Hours can be rough, clients can be annoying, and the work can get dull
