I worked at PwC full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

great compensation, outstanding benefits, and some of the most amazing people. firm who is well known for developing over achievers and grooming employees to succeed outside of the firm

Cons

1) limited growth potential inside IFS. 2) UNPROFESSIONAL HR Manager for IFS - puts their personal opinions over facts, including perpetuating the rumor mill - creates a highly toxic environment. 3) absolutely NO work/life balance. they preach, but don't practice

Advice to Management

look at the recurring issues and research, pinpoint, and take action on the actual problem person. listen to those who are on the ground and closest to the situation.

I worked at PwC full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A global professional brand to add to your resume which will make you stand out among other applicants. The standardized promotion process will ensure that talented employees can expect to be quickly promoted.

    Cons

During your time there you'll work very late nights and often through weekends to try to keep up with their incredibly high expectations. Basically, don't expect to enjoy your time here but be prepared for it to benefit the rest of your career.

  2. The work is interesting and challenging with , but at times I feel that my work/life balance isn't great.

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Exposure to lots of different clients Travel Job security Variety in the work performed means no day is the same

    Cons

Long hours that often keep me at the office or working from home late at night Poor work/life balance

    Advice to Management

The high performers are taken advantage of. Work is piled on to people who do well but they end up with so much work that they eventually quit because they get so burnt out.
