Pros

Great culture, Professional, smart and friendly co-worker. Busy season can be 12 hour a day but people are very flexible and reasonable about your personal events. Good career growth. A great place to start your career.

Cons

Compensation is not very competitive comparing to other big four firms. Working hour can be long be it is the nature of Big Four Accounting firms.

    Pros

Work with smart people, work with the top companies in all industries, learn a lot, job opportunities after. Lots of opportunities to learn and volunteer outside of engagements. Able to switch into different departments of the company pretty easily. Great opportunities to travel for work and to work abroad.

    Cons

Work ridiculously long hours without pay that compensates for all the time working. Run across a lot of sad people working. No work-life balance. Not much room for creativity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Having more flexible work-hour arrangements (working from home, every-other Friday off, etc) may improve.
