    Pros

    Good benefits and internal training.

    Cons

Too much focus on selling and extreme competition does not always bring out the best in people. There are other organizations that have as good or better compensation, benefits and work life balance.

    Pros

Access to shared professional knowledge, great networking, lifetime connections, excellent experience for the long term, fast paced, well known and reputable firm, looks good on resume

    Cons

Long hours, lower salary in comparison to others with same experience (outside of PwC), very competitive work environment, availability of worthwhile projects is low, transitioning between horizontal technical teams is difficult and frowned upon

    Advice to Management

Overall I enjoy working at PwC; I have made some great friends and connections at the firm. As far as professional development goes, I can gain 3 years experience in only 1 year at PwC. I wish, however, it were easier to move to different clients and gain exposure to projects that are of more value to my career. I do understand that this is difficult considering the need to keep staff billable and staying profitable (and hence staying employed) is more important to long-term success for the firm itself.
