I worked at PwC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good work life balance, Challenging opportunities available in the initial stages of your career.

    Cons

Work politics, merit is not always rewarded, after a few years a person might want to change due to the management becoming impervious to professional growth of an employee and focus only on the company's revenues and targets. Compensation not great as per the brand name. Not great work culture also.

  2. Good learning curve the first couple years. It has a big cost you need to address.

I have been working at PwC full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Very good learning experience. Nice young environment to work.

    Cons

Long hours and weekends working are given for granted for it is something that everyone does (general culture). Your make about half as much as everybody out-there thinks you make.

    Advice to Management

Better employee recognition. Better employee profiles for better matching with their actual jobs and needs of training.
