Pros

Very professional organization. Opportunity to learn best practices that you can use throughout your career.

Cons

It's a big place, bound to have its share of poor managers. Bureaucracy can be overwhelming. Very much an audit mindset no matter the role.

    Pros

PwC is an incredible place to learn. It is a great environment with lots of young talented people to work with.

    Cons

The hours can be long and clients can be very demanding.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think the firm has made great strides in work life balance and helping associates transition out of the firm if that is what they want. Keep that up!

    Pros

There's no experience right out of college than a Big 4 Firm. Great place to put in your time, provides limitless opportunities in the industry. It's a fun place to work - the people are awesome and there are usually lots of fun activities/teambuilding (when you have time to attend).

    Cons

Work/life balance sucks. Utliization targets are set ridiculously high based on all of the extracurriculars you are expected to participate in (community service, affinity groups, etc.).
