I have been working at PwC as an intern (less than an year)

Pros

Good insights, get to know the "bosses" and company culture

Cons

Wish the interviews can be a little longer. Interviews are one time chance so can be very stressful

Advice to ManagementAdvice

It is a great experience! The office visit works well with the interviews so they are out of the way.

    Pros

Still trying to figure this out

    Cons

Fear based performance metrics, anyone in management has only worked within the firm so they completely lack perspective. Average age is 21 so that totally sucks too...who want to build a network full of millennials.

They give a lot (flexibility, benefits, etc) and take a lot (time, sleep, etc)

I have been working at PwC full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

This can vary by project, but you have a lot of flexibility here and the ability to (somewhat) make choices about the types of projects you will to work on. People are overall supportive of each other, and at least at my level, not political. Ex: The people I was up for promotion with supported each other and helped each other out - and we all got promoted.

    Cons

You work A LOT and you do whatever it takes to get the work done. This can mean working on vacation if something comes up, weekends, skipping lunch, late nights, holidays, etc. Its hard to unplug.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please show the salary breakdown by male versus female. We talk about how great a place the firm is for women, and I would love to see that data.
