I have been working at PwC

    Pros

PwC offers CPE credits, access to good investments and good 401K plans, and other perks so to speak. You'll be very mobile, working remotely often if you're in advisory, and dealing with multiple staff at all levels and clients.

    Cons

The disadvantage is that PwC does not pay highly. Salaries are not adjusted to market, and in order to be promoted you have to submit a business case to even be considered, be interviewed, take additional courses, submit multiple performance review... basically walk on water.

Even if you are recognized by staff that you should be promoted, you have to fight to explain why in a method that makes it almost possible to get through to the other side...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put more money into making sure employees are compensated fairly. Don't hold back staff and add so many restrictions to make it possible to move forward.
