I worked at PwC full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexiblity to the fullest - if it rains or snows heavly, alot of people will work from home. Majority of people will work from home on fridays.

Excellent benefits and unlimited sick days

Work is very clean and clients are big named. Training is excellent.

    Cons

Very political, but professional, so if you don't want to play politics its fine.

Very hard to get promoted and takes longer then other big 4 firms, however, because you work at pwc, you be a senior, and get a manager role at another company if needed. Biggest advise is never to complain about anyone or anything, it will be used against you during compensation time.

This place is very professional, looks and the way you dress/present yourself matter here more then anyother place i have worked at.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

if you see 2 people don't get along, don't force them to work together.

I worked at PwC as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

While I was only there for a short period of time, the teams I worked with all encompassed the same inspiring traits. They strived for a challenge that would help them grow professionally and personally. The teams empowered me to participate in the audit as if I was an actual staff member, which was an experience unlike most internships that I have previously participated in. Overall, I would say PwC offers a great atmosphere if you want to advance in the corporate world.

    Cons

Depends on the engagement and your level, but hours and stress levels could be an issue. However, that is a common trait among the public accounting industry.
