I have been working at PwC full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The high learning curve lets you learn so many things in such a short time. Given the opportunity, you can really learn a lot in your first few years compared to peers who work in industry. Three weeks vacation starting out was a perk as well considering most jobs give you two weeks starting out. The managers I worked with were flexible and always showed their appreciation for hard work.

    Cons

Work-life balance is definitely a challenge due to the long hours.
