I have been working at PwC

    Pros

Lots of exposure to a variety of businesses/industries. Excellent opportunities for career growth. Highly motivated, high performing colleagues that help you elevate your game and strive to stay ahead of industry trends.

    Cons

Hour, hours, hours! Expect to work a lot. Its a competitive environment... not manifesting in a malicious way but many are willing to sacrifice social lives to outperform their peers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work/life balance is key to avoid burning out your highest performers... so lead by example! Take time off and build a process to allow people to truly take time off (i.e. not let work stack up while they're gone).
