    Poor research/benchmarking/surveys
    Projects tend to have some element of internal controls

    Focus less on metrics as proof of 'high performance'
    Improve GBP/White Papers/'thought leadership'
    Lotus Notes and Retain are terrible
    Bonus structure/Bonus size feels like a 'carrot in front of a horse' without ever being satisfied
