I have been working at PwC
Pros – The brand, global reach, opportunities, the people
Cons – Salary and bonus are not competitive in the market place
Can be London-centric
An element of either arrogance or complacency of relying on the brand
Advice to Senior Management – Pay more to junior members of staff!
